Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If you place your order less than a week in advance, a rush fee of $25-$50 may apply in order to get your items in time.
Once all the details are worked out, an invoice will be emailed to you and a 50% retainer (plus any equipment rental deposits if applicable) will be collected via venmo or zelle. Upon receipt of this payment, your event will is booked! The remainder of the payment is due 2 days before the event.
Yes! On-site consultations are available for an additional fee.
Varies by location, time of day, and size/type of order. Delivery fee is calculated based off the distance from 60137. This is an additional fee added to the cost of your order.
Some small orders such as single balloons, smaller table pieces, and grab-and-go garlands can be picked up for no additional charge.
Grab-and-go garlands are a budget friendly alternative to onsite constructions. I construct the garland based on your request, and you pick-up, hang, and style the garland yourself. I provide hanging materials and easy to follow instructions.
No. A tear down fee will apply if you would like to add that service. Please request this service when booking if needed.
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. If you cancel your order 20+ days prior to your event, I am happy to apply your retainer fee to a future order within 1 year from the original event date, however no refund will be given. Orders canceled less than 20 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds are not provided on any orders.
The longevity of balloons can vary based on environmental conditions but oftentimes latex balloon structures can last for weeks indoors. To extend their duration, keeping them undisturbed at room temperature and out of direct sunlight is advised. Clear balloons typically last much longer than latex and can last for months. Balloons that are outside will not last as long as those in temperature and light controlled environments.
I use professional quality balloons for all my work. Balloons are guaranteed to be delivered and set up in good condition. Following set-up and once I am gone from the site, I can not be responsible for popping or other incidental destruction. However, when left untouched, popping following set up is very rare.
Mockups do take time to make, and are provided on request to customers who's orders are more than $350 and who have already made the 50% deposit.
Due to variations in quality, I purchase all balloons I use. This is because some balloons are more susceptible to popping which can affect the entire display.
Provided I have sufficient supplies and time, I will make every effort to honor these requests. An additional fee will apply.
This is a fee that is applied when an order requires items be returned to me. It is paid at the time of booking and will be fully refunded to you upon return of the rented equipment in original condition. If the equipment is returned damaged, or not returned by the agreed upon date, repair/replacement costs will be deducted from this deposit.
